General Description of Services

Account Security

Your account login details (username and password) must be kept confidential and must not be shared with anyone. q22 is not responsible for any losses that occur if a third party accesses your account.

Account Suspension

q22 may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following situations—

• Detection of fraud or fraudulent financial activity
• Bonus abuse
• Discovery of more than one account registered to the same person
• Discovery that the user is under 21 years of age

Deposits

You can deposit using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is 3,000 Ks.

Funds must be sent from a payment method that you personally own. Deposits from third parties are not allowed.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit, and will only be approved once financial verification requirements are met.

For accounts that have used bonus funds, withdrawals are only available after the bonus wagering requirement has been completed.

Bonus Explanation

For example, if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you will receive a 24,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total of 44,000 Ks in your account. In this case, the wagering requirement is 24,000 Ks × 25 = 600,000 Ks.

Likewise, if you deposit 840,000 Ks, you will receive a 500,000 Ks bonus, giving you 1,340,000 Ks in your account. In this case, the wagering requirement is 500,000 Ks × 25 = 12,500,000 Ks.

Bonus Abuse Prevention

If there is suspicion of intentional bonus abuse (such as arbitrage betting or using more than one bonus account), q22 may cancel the bonus and close the account. Bonus terms vary by promotion type and will be detailed on the promotion page.

Fair Play Policy

All games on q22 use independent Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to produce results. All games involve the risk of losing real money, so no outcome can be guaranteed in any game.

Prohibited Software
